A luggage brand built on customer relationships.
This project began with the question of what is luxury? From a competitive audit, I discovered that most brands used an anagram, a black and white palette, and serif fonts. And while I now knew the baseline, I also knew there were ways for this brand to differentiate itself.
To understand material and what this target market valued, I took a look at Louis Vuittons bags in store. And while the bags were quality, the constant use of the pattern on bags lacked a timeless effect.
After gathering my insights, and conducting interviews, I found that this target markets three things above all else, Source, Style, and Relationship.

When i look at a Louis Vuitton bag I can tell its quality, but most often it has the pattern covering the whole bag. I would like a bag that focuses more on duality in style.
